Framo Academy

Framo Academy is a collaboration with Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL). It offers Framo employees further education and training, both for professional development and to brush up on old knowledge. 

At Framo Academy, employees from all divisions and subsidiaries within Framo study together. As a result, people with similar professional backgrounds have an opportunity to get to know each other. This allows experiences and knowledge to be shared across the organization.
