At Framo, our talented apprentices are a recruitment of future expertise to the company.
World Youth Skills Day is celebrated on July 15 every year. The UN day highlights the strategic importance of equipping young people with skills for employment, decent work, and entrepreneurship.
Framo is an apprenticeship company. We always have a total of 100 apprentices in four different locations. For us, this is recruitment for the future.
The upskilling of the youth has become increasingly important in light of the world slowly shifting to sustainable development.
We offer young people vocational training of a high standard, which provides good practical and theoretical knowledge and a trade certificate at the end. In return, we get the necessary expertise to ensure that we can continue to design, develop and build the world's best pumps.
For Framo, it is therefore important to contribute to young people obtaining a trade certificate after two years in vocational upper secondary school.
This means that each apprentice has a training manager and a professional program.
For Framo, engineers with certificates of apprenticeship know both the company and the products are worth their weight in gold. Therefore, scholarships are awarded every year to apprentices who want to study more.
So let us celebrate the World Youth Skills Day and the competence of the future.
