Reporting of Hazardous Conditions, Incidents, and Injuries

We aim to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses, learn from incidents, and continuously improve our safety culture.

 

Please report:

  • Near-misses
  • Unwanted incidents
  • Unsafe behavior
  • Hazardous conditions/observations                                                                          

that could affect the health, environment, and safety of you and your colleagues.

Feel free to also submit reports on improvement suggestions/best practices, we always aim to improve and we need your help to do so.

Note: If an injury occurs, you must inform your contact person to file an injury report as soon as possible.
